In June 2025, DOMINGO GLOBAL LTD completed a landmark media and real estate production initiative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was spearheaded by Mr. Christian George Domingo, Director of Domingo Global, in collaboration with Ms. Jennifer Branitzka-Karthes, Head of Marketing & Media Strategy. Their shared mission was to execute a high-impact film campaign together with Doctor Nick and Doctor Rick of Aesthetify Germany, supporting both their international brand expansion and lifestyle transition into the UAE.

Purpose of the Project
This elite production was designed around three primary objectives:
Launching Doctor Nick & Doctor Rick’s new aesthetic medical practice in Dubai, presenting the UAE as the ideal hub for medical innovation and luxury healthcare.
Showcasing the premium lifestyle of Dubai through cinematic content filmed at iconic real estate and leisure destinations.
Supporting the acquisition of a luxury villa within Dubai Hills, reflecting the doctors’ preferred residential base for their new UAE venture.

Filming Locations
Production took place across two of Dubai’s most prestigious lifestyle environments:
* DAMAC Hills – Veneto Villas
The serene and luxurious Veneto enclave served as the project’s primary filming base. The showcased villa, surrounded by calm lakes and contemporary architecture, perfectly encapsulated the elevated lifestyle narrative central to the campaign.
* Trump International Golf Club Dubai

For additional lifestyle and aspirational content, filming extended to the world-renowned Trump Golf Club. Its immaculate landscapes and refined atmosphere amplified the project’s commitment to capturing Dubai’s high-end living standards.

“ALLE FÜR ALLE” (released 2022) is the name of the collaboration of numerous artists and public figures who have joined forces to support the German Stroke Foundation, with a special focus on children affected by stroke. A remarkable group of well-known personalities contributed to this project. The 24 participating artists, in the order of their vocal parts in the song, are:

It is not his first commitment to charitable projects; he has previously initiated several benefit campaigns, including one in 1994 for the German AIDS Foundation. His song “Steig wieder auf” even reached #1 on the legendary ZDF Hitparade, generating significant donations for the foundation.
This time as well, all proceeds from the song’s sales will be donated to the German Stroke Foundation, including contributions from a major fundraising gala currently being planned.
Lyane Hegemann, who opens the song with the first line, was immediately enthusiastic about the project and also takes on the role of music label and publisher. “Nur ein kleiner Funke Hoffnung” will be released on 28 October under her label HLM (High Level Music).

Jennah Karthes de Branicka is a German Schlager singer, actress, and web video producer. She has also worked as a television host.
Career
Jennah Karthes was discovered in the late 1990s by Olaf Malolepski after performing as a Heintje impersonator on the Rudi Carrell Show and became known through her relationship with Schlager singer Christian Anders. Together with Anders, she recorded several songs, including the duets Der Tag, an dem die Erde stillstand (“The Day the Earth Stood Still”) and Das Mädchen vom Bahnhof Zoo (“The Girl from Bahnhof Zoo”).
In 2001, Karthes de Branicka was crowned Miss Berlin Film Festival.
From 2001 to 2003, she hosted the show Neun Live: Reiseclub on the channel 9Live. This was followed by the weekly quiz show Do it yourself, where Karthes presented DIY tips for one year. She also appeared in various television programs with Christian Anders, such as Punkt 12, and clips of her media appearances were often featured on TV Total.
After parting ways with Anders, Karthes traveled to Dubai, where she attempted to establish herself in the music industry as the first German singer performing in Arabic within three weeks. This endeavor was documented in several TV segments by Sat.1.
In June 2008, Karthes visited the TV channel Kanal Telemedial with director Eric Dean Hordes during a live broadcast to meet and research the controversial television entrepreneur Thomas Hornauer. Following this research, Hordes produced the film Der Gründer (“The Founder”), inspired by Kanal Telemedial. Karthes contributed the title song to the film’s soundtrack.
In September 2013, she participated in the show Shopping Queen in Baden-Baden. In 2015, Karthes de Branicka appeared on camera as Christel von der Post alongside Helmut Krauss in the film Goblin – Das ist echt Troll.
In July 2020, she released the song My Schoko-Kaffee together with Schlager singer Tony Marshall. Based on the song, an Arabic-English commercial song was created for the Egyptian coffee brand Mom’s Choco Cafe and directed by Hordes as a TV commercial. The commercial, broadcast in Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, featured Karthes, Marshall, and actor George Liratsis.
In 2022, Karthes collaborated with artists including actor Wolfgang Bahro and singers Chris Andrews and Cindy Berger to produce the song Nur ein kleiner Funke Hoffnung (“Just a Small Spark of Hope”) for the German Stroke Foundation.
Between 2020 and 2022, she ran the YouTube channel Quasselschnitte, featuring videos on gossip, mystery, trash TV, and Star Trek. Since 2023, she has lived in Dubai, where she manages an Arabic TikTok channel as an influencer. (Click on the image!)
